Since we've been using them, we have been able to make substantial savings on our washroom consumables where we have almost realised 50% annual cost reduction.
The products & systems they offer are also far more reliable which has meant the level of complaints from staff has gone completely!
Direct give me honest advice where finding the right product to suit us is the main aim. Neal's team are not interested in finding a 'fast buck' and are keen to develop long term relationships based on trust, honest advice and competitive pricing.
The future is good and I have no intention or reason to look elsewhere as I know they will look after me on service, cost savings and advice if I ever need it. I can see we will definitely continue to work with Direct Hygiene in the long term.

Since signing up with DH&W, I have noticed some really solid benefits to our leisure centre. With the systems they have, we have found immense savings both in wastage and cost.
