Sanitising Tablets - A safe way to store and use bleach

One tablet dissolved in 5 litres of clean water produces a sanitising solution containing 200ppm of available chlorine for general safe sanitising.

Dilution details: For disinfecting salads, vegetables and non peelable fruit. Dissolve 1 tablet in 20 litres of water to give 50ppm.
Soak produce for 10 minutes. If produce is not used immediately, soak for 15 minutes.

These Sanitising tablets dissolve FAST, Aid dissolution by stirring. Stronger solutions can be prepared in increments of 200p.p.m. available chlorine by dissolving more tablets.

Consult pharmacy or pathology laboratories for specific strengths required for given conditions.

Shelf life in tablet form is 5 years. When handling, always wear protective clothing, rubber gloves and safety goggles.
